The second edition of the WTSL World Cup begins with qualifiers on October 2, 2026, running through early November, before the Final 8 takes place from November 30 to December 13, 2026.

PLAYER ROLES
For now, the player listed as Sub on the teams page may be Player 3 until the site is updated. If you are signing up a third team member, use the Sub slot and notify us.
SUBSTITUTES
Every team is allowed a substitute. If a substitute joins during the qualifiers, they replace that player for the entirety of the qualifiers.
NATION MERGES
Nations without a partner may be offered a merged team, or can play solo.
CHARACTERS
Players use different characters from their nation. Approved neighbouring-country characters can be used if needed.

A tie is decided when one team reaches two match wins. In group play, all scheduled matches should be played; in knockout play, the first team to two wins advances.

Teams are formed from the top two ranked players of each nation. If someone declines, selection moves down the rankings.
